In computing Year 1 and 2 have been making our own pictures using the Paint program. We inserted shapes and then coloured them in with the fill tool. Finally, we added the last details using a paint brush tool.

Year 1 and 2 have also begun to learn how to write an email to our friends. We logged into Purple Mash and selected computing and then email.
First, we had to type our friend’s email address into the address bar.
Then we wrote a title.
Next, we wrote a message and some of us even attached a picture that we had drawn on the computer.
Finally, we pressed the send button and the email went to our friend’s inbox.
