15 hours free for 2 / 3-year-olds
If your child is entitled to 15 hours free childcare, please be aware that you will be charged for the lunches, at the rate that BMBC charges.
15/30 Hours free for 3 – 4-year-olds if parents/ children qualify – please see Miri for details
Sickness
If a child is absent due to sickness or other reasons the fee will remain in place as we will have kept their place open and still have to employ and pay for staff. In the case of continuing illness please speak to either Miri or Ayala and we will endeavour to come to an arrangement with you, which suits both parties.
Holidays
We are currently closed on all Bank Holidays so no fees are collected for these days. If a child has a planned holiday fees will remain in place.
Payment of Fees
At the end of each month, an invoice will be given to the parent stating the amount to be paid for that month. Fees must be paid by bank transfer or cheques (made payable to Bury and Whitefield Jewish Private Nursery). Fees should be put in an envelope marked clearly with the child’s name and the amount enclosed, and the envelope should be given to Miri.
A receipt will be given when payment is received.
Late Payment of Fees
Payment should be received within 14 days of receiving this reminder. If fees continue to be outstanding the parent/carer will be sent a further letter asking for fees to be paid within 7 days upon receipt of the letter.
If you are having difficulty paying fees, please speak Miri as soon as possible to enable us to come to an agreement regarding payment. Confidentiality will be assured.
Reviewing Fees
Fees will be reviewed annually. We will give parents 4 weeks’ notice of any increase in fees. This will only reflect the rising costs of our produce and utilities. We will endeavour to keep fees fair and as low as possible.
Early Years Funding
Bury and Whitefield Nursery are in receipt of Early Years Funding for 2 to 3-year-olds. This is available the term following your child’s 2nd or 3rd birthday. To access this funding you need to complete a registration form and provide a copy of your child’s birth certificate.
All fees charged relate to hours or weeks not funded by the Early Years Funding.
