Further to my previous updates on the IT side, I am pleased to confirm that the first delivery of the “state of the art “ Prowise Smartboards will be installed during the holiday through the wonderful fund raising that occurred earlier in the year.
The fund raising reached AN INCREDIBLE £65,000, which is all to be spent on IT.
The 65 and 75 inch inter- active screens will be ready for use by the start of the new term and all teaching staff are to have a training day at the end of August.
Further, through the fund raising, an order has gone in the replace the whole sound and pa system in the school hall, which was in dire need of updating.
Lastly, as promised, as the term starts, 22 new ipads will be delivered to the school , along with a new server and four new desk top towers.
Exciting times for our school are ahead.
